These terms govern your use of this website and the photographs shown here. By using the site you agree to them. Owen McCullum is based in Washington, D.C.
All photographs, text, and design on this site are the property of Owen McCullum and are protected by copyright. No image or content may be copied, downloaded, reproduced, screenshotted for republication, or used in any way without prior written permission. All rights are reserved.
Prints are sold and images are licensed under the terms set out on the Prints & Licensing page, and any individual written agreement takes precedence. Only photographs offered in the print section are available for purchase; others may depict identifiable people and are not for sale without the necessary releases.
When you submit the contact form, the details you provide (name, email, and message) are delivered to the studio by a third-party form service solely so Owen can reply. They are not sold or used for marketing. The pricing estimator collects anonymous, aggregate usage data to improve the tool; it does not identify you.
This site relies on third-party services — including a form-delivery provider for inquiries and an embedded pricing estimator — each governed by its own terms and privacy policy. The studio isn't responsible for the practices of those providers.
Pricing shown on the site, including any figure produced by the estimator, is indicative only and not a binding quote. Final pricing, availability, and terms are confirmed in writing before any booking, sale, or license.
The site is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Owen McCullum is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site.
